Holiday Mini Cheese Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. almond extract
small vanilla wafers
1 (20 oz.) can cherry pie filling
Preparation

Place small vanilla wafers in paper cup liners set on a tray of your choice.
In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, Cool Whip, vanilla extract and almond extract until well blended.
Place in paper cup liners on top of wafer.
Spoon on cherry pie filling or filling of your choice.
Chill and serve.
