Turkey Sausage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/4 lb. ground turkey
1 1/4 tsp. black pepper
3/4 tsp. ground ginger
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground sage
1/4 tsp. ground red pepper
Preparation

In large mixing bowl, thoroughly combine all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate a few hours.
Divide mixture into patties. Freeze unused portion for a later date.
