Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped bell pepper
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. onion salt
    1/2 c. finely chopped pecans
Preparation
    Soften the cream cheese; add pineapple.
    Mix well with a fork. Add bell pepper.
    Add onion.
    Add onion salt; mix well with a fork.
    Put in small serving bowl; sprinkle pecans over the top. Chill for 1 hour or longer.
    Eat with crackers.
    Makes an excellent Christmas appetizer.
