Hot Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large potatoes, boiled and peeled (cook with skin on, dice after you peel)
    4 slices bacon, cooked and cut up
    2 tsp. minced onions
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. water
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Add all ingredients together, except potatoes.
    Heat to boil. Add potatoes and mix carefully.
    Enjoy hot or cold.
