Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. sifted flour
1/4 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. cocoa
2 Tbsp. melted butter
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1 1/2 c. cold water
Preparation

Mix together and sift 3/4 cup sugar, baking powder, sifted flour and salt.
Add 3 tablespoons cocoa, melted butter, milk and vanilla.
Spread into a greased pan (9 x 13-inch).
Sprinkle brown sugar on top.
Then sprinkle
1/2 cup white sugar on top. Then sprinkle 1/4 cup cocoa on top.
Last, pour the cold water on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
Serve warm or at room temperature.
