Chili Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 medium tomatoes, peeled and chopped
3 onions, chopped
4 hot peppers, chopped
6 bell peppers, chopped
2 c. vinegar
2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
2 Tbsp. salt
2 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
-
Put all ingredients together in a large cooker; bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for approximately 3 1/2 hours. Makes about 6 pints.
