Light Blush Salad Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Almaden Light Blush wine
    1/4 c. water
    2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. each: Dijon mustard, dried basil, oregano and olive oil
    1 medium clove garlic, pressed
    2 Tbsp. each: chopped onion and green pepper
Preparation
    In small saucepan, mix Almaden Light, vinegar and cornstarch; bring to boil over medium heat, stirring, until slightly thickened.
    Cool.
    Mix in remaining ingredients.
    Makes about 1 3/4 cups.
