Ingredients

1/2 c. confectioners sugar
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. half and half
1 1/3 c. shredded unsweetened toasted coconut
1 c. toasted pecans, chopped
Preparation

Stir together sugar, cornstarch and half and half in medium size saucepan until blended.
Bring to simmering over medium heat, stirring constantly; cook 1 minute until thickened.
Remove from heat.
Stir in coconut and pecans.
Cool 15 minutes.
Spread over bar cookies and cakes.
