Squash Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 c. yellow crookneck squash
    4 c. onion
    4 bell peppers
    3 hot peppers
    2 1/2 c. cider vinegar
    5 1/2 c. sugar
    3/4 tsp. turmeric
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1 Tbsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. celery seed
    3 Tbsp. mustard seed
Preparation
    Chop vegetables fine, or grind coarse.
    Mix remaining ingredients in a large pot.
    Bring to a boil.
    Cook on medium heat for 35 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and put in jars.
    Put hot lids on and invert for 10 minutes.
    Turn over and let cool.
