Coconut Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 stick margarine, melted
    pinch of salt
    5 beaten eggs
    3/4 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 3/4 c. flaked coconut
    2 shallow pie crusts
Preparation
    Pour butter over sugar and mix thoroughly. Add salt, eggs, buttermilk, vanilla and coconut and mix thoroughly. Pour into pie shells. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes. Makes 2 pies.
