Chicken Fettuccine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. broccoli, chopped
    1 medium red pepper, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. oil
    12 oz. chicken breasts, chopped
    1 can Healthy Request cream of chicken soup
    1/3 c. water
    1 tsp. basil
    1/4 to 1/2 c. shredded low-fat Cheddar cheese
    8 to 12 oz. fettuccine, cooked
Preparation
    Spray a large skillet.
    Stir-fry vegetables for 3 to 4 minutes. Remove from pan.
    In the same skillet, heat oil and stir-fry chicken until no longer pink.
    Add soup, water and basil. Mix well. Add vegetables.
    Bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat.
    Add cheese.
    Stir until melted.
    Serve over fettuccine.
