Individual Meat Loaves - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    1/2 lb. hot ground pork sausage
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    5 slices white bread
    2 large eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
    1 1/2 c. chili sauce
    1/2 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Combine first 7 ingredients; set aside.
    Remove crust from bread; cut bread into cubes.
    Combine bread cubes, eggs and milk in a mixing bowl; beat at medium speed with an electric mixer until smooth.
    Stir in meat mixture and shape into 6 individual loaves.
    Roll each in bread crumbs.
    Place in a lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Spread chili sauce over loaves.
    Pour boiling water into dish.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Transfer loaves to a serving platter.
    Yield:
    6 servings.
