Jim'S Plain Fajita - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    fajita slab
    Adolph's meat tenderizer
Preparation
    Run each fajita slab through meat grinder or tenderizer.
    Trim fat and skin, leaving some for flavor and to hold meat together. Generously sprinkle Adolph's tenderizer on both sides.
    Set aside for 1 hour.
    When coals are ready, place meat on grill.
    Cook well done.
    Slice across grain and serve with flour tortilla, hot sauce or pico de gallo.
