Ingredients

1 lb. Velveeta light pasteurized process cheese product, cubed
1 (10 oz.) can diced tomatoes and green chilies
Preparation

Microwave Velveeta and tomatoes and green chilies in 1 1/2-quart bowl on High 5 minutes or until Velveeta is melted, stirring after 3 minutes.
Serve hot with tortilla chips or green, red or yellow pepper wedges or other raw vegetables.
Microwave cooking time:
5 minutes.
