Artichoke Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained and broken into small pieces
    1 c. grated fresh Parmesan cheese
    1 c. mayonnaise
    3/4 tsp. garlic salt
    Parmesan cheese for top
Preparation
    Squeeze out all the juice from the artichoke pieces and mix with remaining ingredients.
    Spoon into a lightly greased 3-cup shallow baking dish (one that the spread can be served in). Sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 40 minutes or until golden brown on top.
    Serve hot with Triscuits, Melba toast or other round crackers.
