Baked Chicken Breast Casserole - cooking recipe

4 chicken breasts, boned, skinned and split
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 c. milk
2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1 cube oleo, melted
2 Tbsp. minced onion
1 pkg. turkey stuffing mix
Preparation

Mix soup, parsley, onion and milk.
Dip chicken pieces in soup mixture; roll in stuffing mix and place in shallow baking pan (they can overlap).
Pour remaining soup around edges and between rows.
Sprinkle on any extra stuffing mix.
Pour melted oleo over top.
Bake, uncovered, at 400\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
