Buttermilk Congealed Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can crushed pineapple
2 small or 1 large pkg. Jell-O (any flavor)
2 c. buttermilk
1 large container Cool Whip
Preparation

Cook pineapple and juice for 3 minutes.
Stir in Jell-O and let cool.
Then add buttermilk and Cool Whip.
Chill for several hours.
