Caramel Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. granulated sugar
    1 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Place margarine in hot skillet. Brown 1/2 cup sugar in skillet while cooking 2 cups sugar and milk in saucepan. Add sugar to milk mixture when it is brown. Cook until it forms a soft ball in cold water.
