Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 eggs
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1 can coconut
    4 Tbsp. oleo (liquid)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except oleo, in large bowl, mixing until fluffy.
    Pour into raw pie shell.
    Dribble oleo over entire surface of pie.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 300\u00b0 and bake 40 minutes, until crust is golden brown and pie is congealed.
