Vegetable Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 loaf frozen bread dough, thaw and let rise until double in size
    5 thin slices Swiss cheese
    3/4 c. uncooked broccoli, cut in pieces
    3/4 c. thinly sliced mushrooms (fresh or canned)
    1/2 c. sliced onion
    1 large fresh tomato, sliced thick
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Press dough on greased cookie sheet.
    Add remaining ingredients in layers.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper and parsley.
    Cut 1-inch wide strips along sides of dough. Close loaf by folding sides up alternating sides.
    Wash with beaten egg.
    Let rise 1/2 hour or until double in size or until you're ready to bake.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
