Italian Cheese Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
2 c. sugar
4 c. flour, sifted
pinch of salt
lemon and orange rind
3 lb. Ricotta cheese
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. almond extract
8 eggs
lemon and orange rind
mixed fruit, diced
Preparation

Mix pie crust ingredients together; dough will be sticky.
Put in refrigerator for 1/2 hour.
If dough is still sticky, use flour.
Roll out on wax paper.
Put in pie pan and add filling. Bake for almost 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
