Chocolate Chip Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 lb. (1 stick) butter (not margarine), softened
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 large eggs (at room temperature), lightly beaten
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. mashed banana
1 1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 to 1 1/2 c. mini chocolate chips
Preparation

Grease and flour pan(s).
Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Cream butter and sugar together.
Add eggs.
Stir baking soda into sour cream and add to butter-sugar mixture. Beat well.
Stir in vanilla and mashed banana.
Sift in flour and salt.
Mix well.
Stir in chocolate chips and pour into pan(s).
Bake 50 to 60 minutes for Bundt pan, less for mini muffins or small loaves.
