Fresh Pasta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/3 c. milk
Preparation
    Combine flour and salt in a large bowl. Combine eggs, oil and milk in a small bowl.
    Pour liquid mixture into dry mixture. Knead until dough forms a smooth ball. Roll dough out thinly and cut into desired shapes.
    Drop pasta into boiling salted water. Cook until al dente.
    Fresh pasta cooks much quicker than dry pasta.
