Italian Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. sirloin tip or rump roast
    3 onions
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning
    2 tsp. Accent
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    5 c. water
Preparation
    Put meat in roaster. Add chopped onion, salt and water.
    Cook in 350\u00b0 oven for 3 hours. Take meat out of juice; cool and slice. Add remaining ingredients to broth. Bring to a boil. Pour over meat and marinate overnight. Heat 1 to 1 1/2 hours in oven and serve. Can be served as sandwiches or on submarine rolls. Serves 12 to 14 people.
