Out-Of-This-World Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. active dry yeast
1/4 c. warm water
3 eggs, well beaten
1/2 c. solid shortening
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1 c. warm water
2 tsp. salt
4 1/2 c. all-purpose flour, divided
Preparation

Soften yeast in 1/4 cup warm water.
Combine eggs, shortening, sugar, softened yeast, remaining warm water, salt and 2 1/2 cups flour; beat until smooth.
Add enough remaining flour to make soft dough.
Cover; allow to rise until double.
Punch down and place in refrigerator overnight.
Three hours before baking, roll out as desired.
Makes 2 to 2 1/2 dozen rolls.
