Country Breakfast Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. mild sausage (1 lb. roll)
9-inch pie shell
1 1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
1/4 c. chopped green bell pepper
1/4 c. chopped red pepper
1/4 c. chopped onions
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. milk
Preparation

Cook sausage, drain and crumble.
Mix cheese and sausage. Sprinkle into pie shell.
Lightly beat eggs.
Combine remaining ingredients and add to eggs.
Pour into pie shell.
Bake at 375\u00b0 about 45 to 50 minutes until done.
