Pineapple Carrot Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. orange-pineapple jello
    3 oz. pkg. cream cheese
    2 c. boiling water
    1 tsp. lemon extract
    48 tiny marshmallows
    1 c. drained pineapple
    1 c. grated carrots
    1 c. pecans
    1 c. whipping cream
Preparation
    Pour water over jello, cheese and marshmallows and dissolve well.
    Chill until it congeals pretty good.
    Then add drained pineapple, carrots and pecans.
    Whip 1 cup of cream or 1 package Dream Whip and fold into mixture.
    Chill.
    (I usually use the drained pineapple juice as part of my 2 cups of water.)
