Hot Spinach Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9 oz.) pkg. Green Giant Harvest Fresh frozen spinach, thawed, squeezed to drain and chopped
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. light cream cheese, softened
    1/2 c. shredded carrots
    1/2 c. dairy sour cream
    1/8 tsp. onion powder
    1/2 tsp. dried dill weed
    1 (2 oz.) jar sliced pimientos, drained
Preparation
    Microwave Directions:
    In a quart microwave-safe casserole, combine all ingredients; mix well.
    Cover with microwave-safe waxed paper or plastic wrap.
    Microwave on High for 3 to 5 minutes or until hot, stirring twice during cooking.
    Serve immediately with crackers and fresh vegetable dippers.
    Makes 2 cups.
