Lemon Sponge Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. butter
2 eggs, separated
1 c. milk
juice and rind of 1 lemon
Preparation

Beat egg whites until fluffy and set aside.
Mix remaining ingredients well.
Fold in egg whites.
Bake as custard pie.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 or 30 minutes.
