Easy Poached Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. chicken broth
    2 chicken breasts, bone in, skinned (approximately 12 to 14 oz. each)
    1 stalk celery, cut in pieces
    1 green onion, sliced
    1 tsp. poultry seasoning
    2 whole peppercorns
