Impossible Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 - 16 oz. can pumpkin
1 - 13 oz. can evaporated milk
2 T. butter, softened
2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar (may substitute with sugar free sugar-preferably brown sugar)
1/2 c. bisquick mix
2 1/2 T. pumpkin pie spice
2 t. vanilla
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease pie plate (9 or 10-inch).
Blend all ingredients on high for 15 seconds.
Pour into pie plate.
Bake 50 to 55 minutes, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
