Spoon Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1 egg
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 sticks oleo, melted
    2 c. very warm water
    4 c. self-rising flour
Preparation
    Place yeast in 2 cups warm water.
    Melt butter, stir in sugar in large bowl, then add beaten egg.
    Add dissolved yeast to creamed mixture, then add flour and stir until well mixed.
    Place in an airtight bowl and keep in refrigerator.
