Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. hash browns
1 1/2 sticks oleo
1 onion, finely chopped
8 oz. sour cream
8 oz. Velveeta cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 to 3 c. crushed corn flakes
Preparation

Spread hash browns in buttered 9 x 13-inch casserole dish. Pour 1/2 of melted oleo on top.
Sprinkle chopped onion over the top.
Heat cheese, sour cream and soup.
Pour over potatoes in casserole dish.
Mix crushed corn flakes and oleo and sprinkle on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
