Vinegar Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 3/4 c. Crisco
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Mix flour, Crisco, sugar and salt together until particles are the size of peas. Mix egg, water and vinegar in a small bowl. Then add to the flour mixture. Mix until it forms a ball in the bowl. Makes 5 pie shells or 2 double crust pie crust, plus one pie shell. Can be divided and frozen or kept in the refrigerator. Roll on floured surface. Bake in preheated 375\u00b0 oven for 30 to 45 minutes or until done. Very good and easy to work with.
