Chicken Cacciatore(4 Servings) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 lb. broiler-fryer, cut up
1/4 c. cooking oil
1 medium green pepper, chopped
1 1/4 tsp. salt
2 bay leaves
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/4 c. flour
1 medium onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
1/4 c. dry white wine
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation

Flour chicken pieces.
Heat frypan to 340\u00b0.
Add chicken and lightly brown.
Remove chicken.
Add onion, green pepper and garlic.
Cook about 3 minutes.
Add chicken and all ingredients except parsley.
Cover.
Reduce heat to simmer and cook 30 minutes until chicken is tender.
Turn chicken occasionally and add parsley and serve.
Yields 4 servings.
