Italian Sausage Spaghetti(Not The Kind Of Sausage Used For Gravy) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. Italian sausage, skinned and split open to lay flat
    cooked spaghetti (amount you want)
    2 large green peppers, cut in squares
    1 large red pepper, cut in squares
    1 can mushrooms, sliced or pieces
    1 large onion, cut into squares
    tomato sauce or tomato juice
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook spaghetti and drain.
    Cook sausage in skillet; careful not to brown too heavily.
    Remove and set aside.
    In large pan, cook tomato juice or sauce.
    May want to use canned.
    Add peppers, mushrooms, onion and season to your taste.
    (I like to use garlic, dab of sugar and Italian seasoning.)
    Toss spaghetti.
    Place in long serving container and arrange sausage on top.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve.
