Turkey Twist Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 c. chopped broccoli
    1 c. thin sliced carrots
    1 tsp. dried basil, crushed
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 c. skim milk
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 c. cooked corkscrew macaroni (cooked without salt)
    2 c. cubed cooked turkey
Preparation
    In skillet, heat olive oil and cook broccoli and carrots with basil and garlic powder until tender, stirring often.
    Stir in soup, milk and cheese.
    Add macaroni and turkey.
    Heat through, stirring often.
    Serves 4.
