Successful Meringue - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. cornstarch
water to moisten starch
1/2 c. boiling water
3 egg whites
6 Tbsp. sugar
salt
Preparation

Moisten the cornstarch in water.
Stir in 1/2 cup boiling water.
Cook until thick and clear, then cool.
Beat the egg whites until stiff.
Add salt and sugar.
Beat in the cooled cornstarch.
Brown at 325\u00b0.
