Mexican Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. oil
    1/4 c. chili powder
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. ground cumin
    12 oz. tortilla chips
    1 lb. chicken
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a small bowl, whisk together the oil, chili powder, oregano and cumin to blend well.
    Pulverize the tortilla chips in a food processor.
    Pour into a shallow bowl.
    Dip the chicken in the seasoned oil, then coat in the ground chips. Set on foil-lined baking sheet and bake for 45 minutes until browned and crisp outside and tender inside.
    Serve hot.
