Beef Enchiladas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 c. onions, chopped
1 1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can enchilada sauce
white corn or flour tortillas (8 to 10)
cayenne pepper
paprika
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Saute onions in frying pan and brown ground beef; season with spices.
Mix onions, ground beef and 1/2 cheese in a bowl.
Dip tortillas in warm oil, just long enough to coat sides (soften the tortillas) and fill with one to two spoonfuls of meat mixture.
Roll closed and place in 13 x 9-inch baking pan with seam down.
Mix mushroom sauce and enchilada sauce; pour over rolled tortillas.
Top with remaining cheese. Bake 30 to 40 minutes.
Allow to cool 10 minutes before serving.
