Cheese And Corn Scallop - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cream-style corn
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. shredded carrots
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. melted butter
1/4 c. milk
dash of hot pepper sauce
dash of salt
1/4 c. (1 oz.) shredded cheese
Preparation

Combine corn, celery, carrots, onion, crumbs, eggs, butter, milk, hot pepper sauce and salt, mixing well.
Pour corn mixture into greased 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Sprinkle with cheese and bake until golden brown.
Yields 6 servings.
