Hamburger And Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 medium green pepper, diced
    1 can milk
    4 c. sliced potatoes
    4 large carrots, sliced
Preparation
    Brown ground beef, onion, carrots and green peppers in butter. Add mushroom soup and milk.
    Bring to a boil.
    Pour over potatoes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
