Old Fashioned Egg Custard - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. milk
unbaked pie shell
Preparation
-
Beat eggs slightly.
Add remaining ingredients.
Mix thoroughly.
Fill baked pie shell.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then at 350\u00b0 for 35 or 40 minutes.
