Old Fashioned Egg Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/2 c. milk
    unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Beat eggs slightly.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Fill baked pie shell.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then at 350\u00b0 for 35 or 40 minutes.
