Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large mild onions
    4 large firm tomatoes
    2 c. diced potatoes
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. sliced carrots
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. paprika
    4 Tbsp. fat
Preparation
    Slice
    onions
    and
    tomatoes
    about
    1/2-inch thick and place in
    layers in a greased casserole with potatoes, celery and carrots.
    Sprinkle
    each
    layer
    with
    salt,
    pepper
    and paprika; add fat (this could be 4 strips of bacon), cover and bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour or until tender.
