Cheese Fingers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large loaf sandwich bread
    butter (oleo)
    1 c. cornflakes, crushed
    1 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Freeze bread.
    Work with 2 slices at a time, keeping remainder in freezer.
    Cut off crust and cut into 4 strips.
    Dip each in butter and then coat with cornflakes and Parmesan cheese mixture. Bake on greased cookie sheet at 350\u00b0 until browned.
    The only difficult part is cooking long enough to be crisp without burning.
