Baked Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 tomatoes
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. dry bread crumbs
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
    pinch of dry mustard
Preparation
    Peel the tomatoes and cut into 1/4-inch slices.
    Lay one layer of slices in a shallow baking dish.
    Melt the butter and blend the crumbs and remaining ingredients into melted butter.
    Sprinkle half of this over the tomato slices; add another layer of slices and use remaining crumb mixture.
    Bake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 4.
