Chops Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 pork chops
    1 green pepper, cut in rings
    1 large onion, cut in sliced rounds
    1 can tomato condensed soup
Preparation
    Flour and brown pork chops.
    Drain off all grease.
    Return to skillet. Pour can of soup mixed with 1/2 cup water over chops. Put onions and green peppers on top of pork chops.
    Simmer about 30 minutes, covered.
    Salt and pepper may be used, if desired.
