Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large double chicken breasts or equivalent in leftover turkey
    4 c. diced celery
    1 1/2 c. chopped toasted almonds
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 1/2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
    1/4 c. grated sharp cheese
    2 large cans mushrooms
Preparation
    Cook breasts and cut into small pieces.
    Mix all ingredients and place in 9 x 13-inch casserole.
    Sprinkle crushed potato chips over top.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
