Ingredients

1/3 c. butter
1 egg
2/3 c. shredded coconut
2/3 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. soda
liquid sweetener to equal 2/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. lemon extract
1/8 tsp. salt
2/3 c. chopped pecans
1 c. sifted flour
2/3 c. dates
Preparation

Combine all ingredients, except coconut, dates and pecans.
Mix in coconut, dates and pecans and divide dough in half.
Cut each half in 13 equal pieces.
Roll into balls and place in lightly greased cookie sheet.
Press flat with fork.
Bake in 375\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes.
Watch carefully to keep from burning on bottom. (Calories:
155 per each 2 cookies.)
