Apple Betty(Diabetics) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. white bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. low calorie margarine, melted
    1/4 c. granulated brown sugar replacement
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    dash of salt
    2 c. chopped apples
Preparation
    Combine bread crumbs, margarine, brown sugar replacement, cinnamon and salt in a bowl.
    Toss to mix.
    Arrange layers of crumb mixture and apples alternately in eight lightly greased individual baking dishes.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes. Serve hot or cold.
